  • Normal business hours (mon-fri) are from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm - Office & administration, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm - Repairs & maintenance.

  • Saturday and holidays from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm; we are closed on major holidays and Sundays except for emergencies.

If you are interested in joining Landlord associations, there are quite a few to choose from. These can be quite useful in providing timely information regarding news & current events as well as provide a sense of understanding for the plight of Landlords, since the common perception is that the rules & regulations in most states are generally tilted in the Tenant's favour.

BELOW IS A LIST OF THE DOCUMENTS & PROCEDURES WE USE TO MANAGE YOUR INVESTMENT AND MAXIMIZE YOUR RETURNS:
 
  • The Tenant will complete the REM Rental application and we will do our utmost to authenticate the documents presented.
  • Lease preparation.
  • With the Tenant present; we will complete the Inspection report (condition of property) before move in and once again when the Tenant moves out.
  • Perform Credit report & background checks.
  • Post 3 or 10 day notice to pay or quit in the event of non-payment.
  • Serve 30 or 60 day notice to vacate in the event of a breech of the leasing terms.
  • Conspicuously post NO SMOKING sign(s) in the common area.
  • Provide 24 hour emergency means of contact information conspicuously posted.
